In the area around the nashkel mines, there's a guy who runs up to you and says that the kobolds are coming, and that someone needs to save him. He also said that the kobolds stole all of his clothing, weapons and his wand. Now i know where is wand is, but are there clothes and weapons around too?

No, I don't think so, and I doubt that wand is his either. I don't know of any evidence that it is.
