So, I just entered the first map outside of Targos on the way the the Shaengarne bridge, and annoying Torak stops and does his little speech. But after that I moved forward so I could start the killing, but I must have accidentally clicked on Torak before he could take off cause he never went anywhere, and he also never turned red. So I tried talking to him one more time and got caught in the little cut scene-y thing. My guys where still shooting arrows at the orcs, but no damage was being done and they weren't attacking me.
Strange, no?

Very strange. Did it work normally when you reloaded and tried again? (assuming you did that)

The same happend to me, I assumed it was because I didn't have a patch installed, though I never got round to installing one. If you have the patches installed and it still isn't working, then I have no idea.
