I was unaware that you could inspire troops to get experience. Where can you do this? Also, ZFR, you mentioned that you can pickpocket a Lucky Nucky off of Jeremiah. I didn't count that as a quest, but thanks for telling me where to get it.

<font face="Verdana" size="3" color="#00FF00">This is very close to the area were you train the troops attacking the barrel. Different group of troops however, can't remember the requirements either as I don't think inspiring the troops is always possible. I think I remember doing it with a paladin so likely some stat like charisma, or class requirement is needed to get the dialogue. </font>
