I'm in the Black Raven monastery doing the 8 chambers test and I just can't do the 8th one. I tried more than 20 times now and I can't even kill one monk. I use barbarian and use rage when I get in so she would be faster and able to run away from flames. She also has fire resistance 1...

I must say, that having 1 fire resistance will not help. What party do you have? If you have a monk that is relativly easy. There is a spot in the left/right side of the chamber where one monk will be stuck behind the other. If you have druid consider downloading the ease of use mod, and turn him into rhemoraz. I never tried beating the 8 chamber any other way, so i do not know about anything else. Does not mean though that it can't be done with another tactic.

A teifling/aasimar monk/cleric. If cleric, fire resistant spells, a few summons.....
Teiflings and aasimar are good, because they ahve natural fire resistance (not sure how much).

My party consists of Barbarian, Fighter, Cleric, Ranger, Rogue and Illusionist. Nobody else in my party has any fire resistance.

I tried using my cleric, casting Protection from fire, Minor elemental Barrier and Lathander's shield, but I don't have time do cast more than 2 spells, because the monks are too fast.

Summoning didn't help either. I cast lvl 5 monster summoning and there comes Frost Salamander. As I was fighting one monk, Salamander was battling the other one, but didn't even hit him.

Tiefling has 5 fire and acid resistance, while Aasimar has 5 frost and electricity.
Try casting summons again, getting a frost salamander in an area with fire blazing down from the ceiling is just bad luck.. Try the ranger with summons, or a rogue and hide immidiately, take blades and backstab, hide, backstab...

I beat them with my barbarian and all you have to do is watch out for the flame type circles on the ground and move away from them it is just that easy

I beat them with a straight Lvl 13 human fighter

I did it with a fighter. Try your barbarian and use rage.
