Well, since you ask....

I think that your first two fighters could use some DEX. The leader can get by the early stages with a CHR of 14, and the second could do fine with a WIS of 10.

I'd consider taking 1 or 2 DEX points off the third fighter and increasing STR by those points, but that's up to you.

A Rogue dualling to fighter doesn't need such a horribly high INT; I'd consider putting the 2 extra points into CON for the HP.

Are you starting the second Rogue (Drogo) as a Cleric? I hope so; many people already feel that one Rogue is too many-- two is definitely overkill. The high CHR is for turning undead, right? I see your point there, but being at nearly the end of Chapter 3 as I am, I can tell you that there's not very many undead in the first half of the game. I mean like 2 in one area in Chapter 1, a group of 7 or so in Chapter 2, and one undead-heavy area in Chapter 3 where I'm not sure that turning is the most effective strategy to choose. That's it. If I was you, I'd pull 2 or 3 points out of CHR, put 'em in CON (and maybe one in STR), and worry about increasing CHR as you get additional ability points through level up.

The Archer looks good, though you might consider adjusting the DEX to increase STR a little-- if the archer has to switch to a sling due to enemy resistances, you might want a bit higher STR bonus on your attack rolls.

That's just my opinion, though. How do you see this party functioning, or plan to have them function as a group? Are you happy with these rolls from that perspective?

You have a nice party(grade point average is 3.8 out of five on my scale), a bit fighter-heavy, but strong. I'll just be blunt, so don't hold it against me:
Character one: CHA: 16!? Fighter with 16 charisma!? Put in a 14 charisma cleric, at least he can do something usefull with the charisma and be a successfull fighter. A paladin is also not a bad choice, depending on the alignment of your party. And how did you get an uneven CON score? Are you counting the shield from the prologue?
Character two: Make him a barbarian, use only medium armor and give him a few DEX scores. He'll be more powerfull than you can imagine. Mix in a few fighter levels(4-5) and there's an excellent titanium-armored tank.
Character three: I hope you realise that this character will only wear light armor.
Character four: If you made a first character a pally, make this one a full cleric.
Character five: If you made the previous a cleric, go full rogue on this one.
Character six: Archer? You mean ranger? Steal two CHA points and add up CON or INT. How many levels do you expect to give to ranger? Why? A fighter is a far better choice, even for a bow. A ranger is practically worthless as a mage with a bow with few levels, and is practically worthless as a mage with more ranger levels. Make him a fighter 5/specialist X, a far better choice. Or even better, since she's a moon elf, you'll incour an XP penalty if you do that, so take a sorcerer.
EDIT: If you take a sorcerer, have 12 INT, and give the rest to charisma. Steal a few points from DEX too.

Whoa!! Intense dudes! But thanks for being honest. And yes I suppose I put too much CHR for the first character. But I wanted the leader to have such high charisma. Because I know that charisma affects morale and all that.

I guess I shall redo the Half Orc. I knew I shoulda made a mix of Barbarian and Fighter.

And yes I am fully aware that the drow can only wear light armor. Thats why I had him such a high dex. It's funny to picture an elf in full platemail armor.

I believe I will not make the fighter/thief a cleric. And the reason I had high intellgence because he would get some bonuses in disabling traps and such. Not all thieving skills requires dex.

And for Alenia. No worry she is already a fighter. I should have been more specific.
