Are there any? For example in BG2 ADHW was one, can't remember what else...

First of all, what is ADHW??

And second, what do you mean by party-friendly? Do you mean boosting spells, or offensive spells that are designed not to hurt the party?
For boosting spells, I like Recitation, it boosts your party while acting as bane to your enemies.

ADHW=Abi Dalzim's Horrid Wilting??

If so do you mean spells that hurt only enemies and not party members?

Well, the horrid wilting here does hurt party members too.

One excellent "Party Friendly" spell is earthquake.

Yes, there's quite a few, and this is not counting Summoning spells that actually have the summoned creature under the caster's control (as opposed to Summoning spells that require you to be Protected from Evil first). These lists go generally from highest level spell to lowest (with clerics it's a bit mixed up as different types of cleric get the same spell at different levels).

Arcane:

Mass Dominate
Executioner's Eyes
Delayed Blast Fireball (if you are careful to move your party away)
Control Undead
Banishment (if fighting Summoned creatures)
Chain Lightning
Malison
possibly Ice Storm (refers to "targets" rather than "enemies" or "any creature")
Sleep (if your party is comprised of races who are immune)

Ranger/Druid:

Tremor
Holy Aura
Mass Heal
Aura of Vitality
Spiritual Wrath (depending on party member's moral alignment relative to caster)
Healing Circle
Chain Lightning
Call Lightning

Paladin/Cleric:

Tremor
Holy Aura
Mass Heal
Holy Word (if all party members are Good)
Blasphemy (if all party members are Evil)
Aura of Vitality (Lathander only)
Spiritual Wrath (Helm, Tempus, Paladin only) (depending on party member's moral alignment relative to caster)
Banishment (if fighting Summoned creatures)
Undead Ward
Greater Command
Healing Circle
Recitation
Unholy Blight (no damage to Evil party members caught in area-of-effect, Neutral takes half damage)
Defensive Harmony
Strength of One
Prayer
Magic Circle Against Evil
Bless/Bane

Some of these spells "harm" enemies by increasing your party's stats, some directly reduce enemy stats, and a very few are direct offense attacks against enemies only.

Naturally, pretty much all "normal" offensive area spells like Fireball or Stinking Cloud affect party members as well unless their stats enable them to save successfully, they have natural resistance to the spell's effect, or they're using items/armor/weapons that increase their resistance to things like fire, poison, electricity, etc. But that all falls under party planning and strategy, which is what this game is about anyway ;) .

I think that most, if not all, of the arcane area effect attack spells in IWD2 do not differentiate friend from foe.

OTOH, I think that a good number of non-damaging spells are "enemies only" spells. I think that the Symbol spells, Horror, and Mass Dominate are "enemies only". Holy Word and Blasphemy are "non-good affected" and "non-evil affected" spells. Thus, Holy Word is an excellent short range stunning spell for pure good parties.
