It's been quite some time since I took the game off my drive. I'd appreciate it if someone could tell me:

1. The name/title of the guy in charge of Targos.

2. The name/title of the guy in the palisade who hands out some of the quests and gives you your money.

Lord Ulbrec Dinnsmore is in charge of Targos along with his wife Elytharra.

Can't remember the name of the guy at the Palisades.

Ah yes, Shawford Crale. The number of times I went through the game (to burnout and beyond), I'd have sworn all those names were engraved into my mind forever. Hah.
