What's beyond Icewind Dale, the spine of the world?

The place is a totally snowy white, pristine world with Barbarians and monsters. I wonder what is at the end of this land...?

The obvious answer would be: Faerûn's north pole. More snow. Inhabited by the Forgotten Realms-equivalent of Inuit.

Isnt that were the arch wizards of Netherese Empire dwelled before they tried to mess with the magic weave and were destroyed by the elves. They lived in floating cities i believe.

North of Icewind Dale is the Barbarian Tundra. To the far north there is Evermelt, where the dragon, Icingdeath dwelled before Drizzt and Wulfgar slaid him. That is where Drizzt got his scimitar, Icingdeath.
