Am i playing the right game. I hve played through the game more then once and have never found any teleport spells, yet when I have read through some messages on this message board it refers to using teleport spells. Am I missing something?

I dun think so. As far as I remember they did away with Dimension Door for IWD2. Unless you mean using a hak.

I think i saw one, in Dale Keeper2 i think... I've found it!!I don't know how i could translate it in English, anyway it is called "Va et Vient de Lutzaen" it is an innate spell, but i dunno if it works in the game.

how come some npc in the game have somekind of teleport spell and even use it in front of your eyes?

It was supposedly removed for play balance purposes. *sigh*

Addition:

The dimension door and teleport spells were taken out for game mechanic reasons. Turns out that it was possible to bypass "scripted" encounters/events take place by using them and causing the game to "break".

Turns out that Troika is having the same problems using some or all of those spells in the TOEE game. [img]smile.gif[/img]

I noticed when playing that certain areas could possibly bypassed altogether with such spells. I don't know if it would cause the game to "break" but it would possibly seem illogical and disrupt the flow of the story. Obviously the mechanics were the reason that these spells were disabled and the fact they probably wanted people to actually play through the game.
