Is there anyway to create custom scripts? I'd like to create one that would allow my bard to keep 2 song effects up at once (with the lingering song feat), or keep one song up and attack every other round.

It is possible but probably more trouble than it's worth. Check out the TeamBG websites and maybe ask around there. The problem is, with this game there are very few 'scripters' available as the audience just isn't there.
