I am in the Jungle of Chult, trying to collect the pieces of stele to summon the Guardian. I am missing two and I know that one of them is inside the temple. I have found one, in the top northwest corner of the map. However, all I get is a question mark and it won't let me pick it up. Is this the one I am supposed to take? If not, where is the one I'm supposedly looking for.

no atleast im pretty sure not because most of them are on altars make sure you check every part of ur map so there is no black parts because it could be any were!

All but one of the stele are outdoors. Just move your cursor over all the small temples, slowly, and you should find the last one outside. I think there was one not on a temple, but just sitting on the ground, trying to be inconspicuous ;)

our press alt and everything that is grabable will be high lited and the u can pick it up its easier then running ur cursor all over the place!!

Dar'tanian is right, just press Alt and you will find it soon enough, the one with the questionmark over it isn't the one you need.
