1. Can you interact with all four Dukes in the city of Baldurs Gate?

2. Can You fight/kill them?

Don't know the answer, friend Slayer, but I think you'll get a much better response on the Baldur's Gate boards instead of the Wizards and Warriors Boards.

'Round here, we serves up Dukes with nice salads and a hot peppercorn sauce...
