Well there is an altar of a great winger serpened in the temple under the jungle, but it has nothing and also after a while (maybe did not notice them at once) I found some hearts. What sould I do with the altar or the hearts?

The hearts belong to a gruop of undead in the chamber with the lowered floor. If you 'release' them before claiming the hearts they will attack all the yuan-ti between themselves and the hearts (it used to be theirs)

While they won't be able to defeat te yuan-ti, they can be used as a distration.

also, it you hold the hearts, they will come after you
