Hey guys. This is hopefully my last posted question, as I'm on Chapter Six. Unfortunately, I'm stuck. I walking around with three bottles, Tainted Demon's Blood, Demon's Blood, and a Bonding Agent. I've been told I have to mix them into a potion and poison the barracks guards, and i know where I'll need to put the poison when I finish mixing it, but the "laboratory" in the Thayan Enclave doesn't exist, or I just can't find it. SO how do I mix the potion up?? Another thing I stumbled upon is the whole this with he Illmatar priest and getting the materials and doing the ritual and such, but I can't get to the Wizard Tower cuz the thing is really screwed up and it shoots me with blue spears when I try to go through either of the only two portals. I've gone into all the towers ad I couldn't do much in any of them except to kill things. I have 5 "wierd demon god thingies"(not actually named that though) icon stones things, and I need a sixth to teleport or whatever on the platform that looks like 2 green eyes. Basically, I'm just really confused and I can't figure this out. Any help would be hot. THANKS!!!

The laboratory is just next to the thayvians. There's a room directly south with a woman and her pet chimera, you'll have to kill them (or I did), the laboratory's in there [img]smile.gif[/img]

To get in the wizard tower you have to click on the portal thingies in the right order, I can't remember exactly but I know it made a star. Just trial and error, shouldn't take long, there's only 5 (6?) portals ;)

You don't have to kill her, if your bluff is high enough you can tell her you have permission. I think you can do it too, with diplomacy or intimidate.

But what do I do with the laboratory to mix the stuff?? I know what room u are talking anout now but I have no clue how to make the potion mix. Do I have the right ingrediants?? Tainted Demon's Blood, Demon's Blood, and a Bonging Agent. The thing with the wizard tower as never really on the top of my list but I'll play with that whole thing now tht I know it's at least possible. I have already tried to put the potions on the stand with all the glass stuff in that room with the woman and her pet chimera and I killed both of them to do it, but is there a lever or something somewhere I need to pull for it to mix the potions or should it work automatically??

A diplomatic character can just ask pernmission to use the lab. Then just put the three items on the table. Close it, open it again, and voila! you have your poison.

You *must* get to Orrick's tower. It's an important plot area, and has an item you need for the ritual. There is a crude clue in the area that can help you figure out the portal puzzle.

1/ Actually the 3 items you need are: Bonding agent, Demon's blood and the virulent agent , not the tainted Demon's Blood.

2/ To get a sixth (and seventh) Xvim symbol (the one you need to teleport) kill the non-hostile guardians of the crystal sphere (or whatever its name is), the ball that renders the Glabrezy unkillable.

3/ To get to the second floor in the Wizards tower you have to click on the 5 thingies in the correct order.

You don't have to poison the guards, just kill them in their room, and tell that girl (name?) (who told you to poison them) that you took care of the guards.

Her name is RIKI, but in my log, it says to use the tainted demon's blood. Problem is, i only have "demon's blood", where is this tainted stuff anyway?

Where is this guard room? Is it on the same level? I found a room with loads of ppl in, inc a minotaur..... is that the one? I was going to rest and then get back to whoop them.... but if it's part of the quest, i'll be tempted to take them out with the sleeping drug.

I have to agree the portal thing sucks.....

I can't figure out how to get "Tears of Suffering" though. I've gotten the book from the tower and the bonds and the icon, but I can't get a slave to give me tears. Another thing I'm a little worried about is my lack of ability to move up into the "War Tower" or the tower where the black church service or whatever was taking place. I killed all the people except for the people than ran like the whore and the fat woman, but when I go up the stairs all the doors are locked "without a conventional lock and are probably warded against simple spells." Any input?? O, yea, I killed all the guards in that room and Riki wants me to do the ritual thing now too.

Jerre Stoh on the first floor can give you the tears of suffering. You get to the top of the war tower by obtaining the key from Pudu in the Officer's Tower. This can be done after you have performed the ritual and cleansed the pool.

To get to the top of the cleric's tower, you use the teleporter on level 2. Each member of the party must have a holy (unholy?) symbol of Xvim in the inventory. Then step on the portal. You can take the stairs back down later.

The guard room is on the fourth floor of the main tower, in the SE (big room with a number of unfriendlies). The tainted demon's blood comes from the "fake" demons you fight on level 2, when the mages ask for your "help". The blood is left behind after the monsters are dead.
