What weapons and spells have you had success with against Elementals.
Fire magic seems to work agaist the water elemental.
I have not found a magic weapon that does any subantial damage.

The Club of Distruption works well against elementals. It can be won at the Battle Arena.

Also, there are several pole arms for sale that are nice for this...one in particular is the hammer of lucerne...i believe it can be bought in kuldahar or found in the underdark(maybe bought). It's only 1D10 damage, but it does another 1d6 to constructs and undead while also making them role a fortitude or being unsommened. Also, banishment and the other cleric spells work well esp. with a cleric of bane.
