need help, walkthrough?, how do I poison the guards food?

Okay, if you have all three ingredients for the poison, go to level 2 of the main tower. On the SE side is a room with a half-dragon woman in it. Ask her if you can use the lab to make a potion. Go there, put all three items on the table, then take the poison (note: nothing special happens, so click on the table again after items have been placed).

Head up to level 4. Talk to the cook and ask if she cooks food for the guards, too. She tells you yes and where the food is (around the table behind her). Put poison in food. End of guard problem.
