I keep getting charmed by Sirine's. What is the best way to get around this. I am frustrated.

Spot them first with a stealthy or invisible theif. Cast a silence spell just in front of them. Or cast any area effect spell just in front of them. Casting a spell in front means it hits them but they never see you. Or send Minsc gone berzerk after them. He should be immune while berzerk.

Note that you can usually hear them before you see them, and they see you.

I usually have my entire party drink potions of magic blocking, walk until they are easily within my view, have my mage use scrolls of cloudkill, my cleric a wand of the heavans, and all my fighters/rangers/anything that can use a bow, shoot arrows of exploding each with thier own eagle bows. YAY!! One sirine has been killed!

He, he... some may view this as overkill... I view it as fun.
