You should be fine, providing your CPU is fast enough and that you have a reasonable 3D card.
I ran IWD2 on my AMD 800 with 256 megs of RAM and my ol' dodgy onboard 4mb video card just fine a couple of years ago. Bigger battles were a little difficult times, but I finished it eventually. [img]smile.gif[/img]

IWD2 runs acceptably on my ancient PII-233 with 192Mb RAM and a 16Mb TNT2 card. It's not as smooth as BG1 or IWD1 though.
