I can't seam to reach Cloakwood. I know exactly where it is on the map. Do I have to do anything special to get Cloakwood to appear?

Normally you just have to walk out of the map in a neighbouring area to get the next area to appear, but that doesn’t work for me here.

PLEASE HELP!!!

If you haven't been to the bandit camp and read the letters in the head bandits chest then Cloakwood will not be there ;)
