How can I get back to Kuldahar from the Wyrm's Tooth Glacier?

Two ways.

1) The long way - back the way you came. Through the Hall of Heroes and Upper Dorn's until you reach the entrance. You can bring up the travel screen right about where Larrel originally teleported you in.

2) The short way - you enter Wyrm's Tooth from the Hall of Heroes. There is a path and bridges that lead south, then east, then north, and finally lead to a set of stairs in the far northeast of the map. Go down the stairs, it will lead you to a tiny area with tunnels but no enemies. Two doors lead into Wyrm's Tooth, and the one in the south east leads to Lower Dorn's Deep. There's an open area in the top right of the little area. You can bring up the travel screen there.
