I can't find Nym's Stash. I've looked EVERYWHERE!!! I kind of scared him off when he said that he caused the problems between the Severed Hand and Dorn's Deep.

You should still have your AutoSave. Reload it, then go back to Nym.

By scaring him off, you have turned him hostile, so there will no chance of getting the items from his storelist.

In the event you want to kill him anyway, he can be found at the circle of stone pillars. Talk to the people at the circle first before confronting Nym, or he will not spawn there.

But I can still continue the storyline without Nym, right?

Sure, he's a sidequest.

Yes, he's not at all necessary but he's got some really cool items not the least of which are animals and birds which can get you tons of XP... reload if you can.
