anyway to disarm this darn things...

i have a thief..he has 100%+ detect trap..but he has no ability to disarm one..

can you tell me what i need to disarm a trap?

You need to have Lock Picks very high. To disarm one you must click on "Lock Pick" icon.

Doing as Xen suggests, you'll know you made the right choices if your cursor changes to an icon that looks like a set animal trap when you move it over the discovered trap.

If you put the trap icon on top of the red spot, it will turn green and click once and it will disappear.
