In totsc, when i return from "wereisle" i am approached by a fella' that's working for mendas, but he keeps onm respawning! and if you manage to get inside to mendas, he'll do exactly the same! is this a patch i have to download or what?

Try reloading, that might do something. I've never had this bug, but it might just be a patch issue. Try offering a cash reward for people who can help you.
