Right, I have a small dilemma...

The part where the Frost Salamanders are friendly towards you, and they have escaped slaves running about....do you know it?

Basically, I wanted to know which is more beneficial for me in the long run...killing the slaves or freeing them? I'm mainly curious to know if the Salamanders will turn against me anyway, or if they'll prove helpfully useful later in the game....

Any opinions/suggestions are welcomed with much thanks.

The salamanders will be of no use later on in the game......

the choice basically has no consequences in the long run so my advice is free the slaves, unless you want to do evil purposely.. you get good xp and nice items off the salamanders... moreover for killing slaves your reputation drops and items might become more expensive...

Speaking of reputation....is there any way to see what it actually stands at? I seem to remember losing a reputation point in Lonelywood....and a few more about the place....how many do you think it'll take for my Ranger and Paladin to fall? Hehehe....

i dont think so.... you can just leave the museum, continue with your quests and never hear from the salamanders nor slaves again...

i dont think thereis a way to check your exact reputation

If you really want to roleplay chaotic evil . Turn against the slaves and kill the salamanders for the xp.
