Hi,
Don't quote me on this but I think you might need to install the 1.06 patch. I have yet to do it myself so if it works let me know.

you have to do it the same way you do it on Bg. cheat=1 i think under the game options in the Icewind .ini file. (dont forget to use a space e.g

then you press ctrl + shift. Then type in cheatersdoprosper: as cheats off the net tell you to. If you have HoW the command is different, i'll find out look here

The command is GetYourCheatOn ... not sure about the syntax (case sensitive) though
