I was wanting to know if a Voodoo 5 Video card is enough to play Icewind Dale and Heart of Winter? Does anyone know?

You might not be able to run the game in 3D but it should still work fine in 2D

Thank you for the fast reply ZFR. I played Baldure's gate with the same video card without running to any problems but I guess the requirements for Icewind dale are different. Anyone know where to get a Radeon 9700 pro for cheaper than the stores then?

I think you should be fine...my mac has an 8 MB Video Card, and I rarely froze!

Thank you Sir Goulum , My Vid card is 64 MB but because its voodoo I was wondering if its gonna work. I dont want to end up with a game that I wont be able to play. Any one knows where I can get a demo ? I would like to try it first and be on the safe side before jumping over my head buying it and end up not playing. Thanks.

Both run fine on a 3dfx Voodoo 3 w/ much less than 64Mb!
