I've completed every aspect of the game so far but can't find the whote dragon or dragon spirit.....or the key to the lair. Can any one help?

Welcome Angel of Darkness!

The key should be on the Sahaugin Prince, on the same level as the spirit device (which you should destroy). The entrance to her lair is in the NE corner of that same level.
