Hi,

I'm having a few problems with the heartstone quest. Bsically I rested during the big fight at the end of the dungeon where you're supposed to find it, and the snake lady dissappeared.

I ended up using dalekeeper to 'give' me the gem, but arundel wont accept that I have it. I don't have any saves from before the fight with whats-her-name, is there anything I can do or will I have to restart?

Usually what happens is she ends up in one of the other rooms on that floor. So you have to search for her. Go to your save before using dale keeper and look for her.

Not sure what will happen if you don't have a save before using Dalekeeper. Possibly end up with two heartstones?

<font color=silver>Jezzrian, I believe that the key flag for this chapter of the game is the death of Yxunomei and not just possessing the gem. As Pritchke noted she should still be in the lowest level of Dragon's Eye -- try looking in the top left corner of the map.

BTW - Do you have the latest patch installed? If I remember correctly, one of the patches was supposed to have addressed this issue.</font>

I have had two gem stones befor because of exporting but every item in iwd and bg are usless if not earned such as:
Heartston gem:IWD
Scpter of Radiance:BG2 BG2EXp
Shadow Dragon wardstone:BG2

Im sure theres others in IWD i just cant think now but pretty much any major quest item!
