<font color = mediumspringgreen>I see this for sale in Kuldahar, and wonder if it worth buying. What good does it do? Is it worth the space it takes in a level 5 spell slot?

<font color=silver>There is one point in the expansion adventure, HOW, where this spell comes in very handy. Otherwise, it is not particularly useful. If you can afford to buy it -- do so, but don't bother memorizing it until you run into that one specific encounter.</font>

It is on Burial Isle that the spell can be used

You can use it in lower dorm's deep, severd hand basically any area, but lower dorms, and severed island it may aid you in a few quest.

Actually if you haven't figured out to rescue the imprisoned drow misses in lower dorms it tells you what you must do for that as well. Before getting contact other plane I wasn't evan aware you could free her. If you cast it in various areas it gives different information some of it is actually quite useful. The armor in HoW and the drow female in lower dorms are the two main ones.

I remembered it took a lot of effort to free that Drow Princess. I did not realise I could have made my life easier by using this spell. Got to try it once I get there again.

In reference to the drow princess, is this the woman that Marketh keeps? Same level as Flozum and Fleezum? Thieves, potatoes,etc.? Just want to make sure I'm not missing anything.

Yes - but I never free her. That would mean letting Marketh live - and I'm not prepared to go that far - even if it costs me some XP.

you need the 'oil of nullification(?)' from Malevorn to free her from her geas.
