in my game i had just recognize in my characters record that something is not right or i bet it is. when some of my chracter is level 20 and 20+ it sezs on the next level is "-1" is this natural?? or there is something wrong in my game im playing now.... did this happen to somebody too?? i need help.............. PLZ.

<font color=silver>If I recall correctly, level 30 is only attainable by playing in the Heart of Fury mode. Try increasing the difficulty setting of your game and see if that changes what you're seeing with regard to level advancement possibilities.

At what point of the game are you? If you've hit level 20 on normal difficulty, I'd asume you're close to finishing in which case I would not worry too much about the level issue so long as the game itself behaves normally.</font>

Is Heart of Fury mode the Hard difficulty or the Very Hard Diffficulty

<font color=silver>Neither -- activate the Heart of Fury Mode by running the IWD Configuartion utility.

Go to your start menu, programs folder, find and open your Icewind Dale folder and doubleclick on the shortcut for Icewind Dale Configuration.

On the left hand side of the general tab, you'll see a vertical scale with different difficulty settings. Just below this scale is a box that you can check to enable the Heart of Fury Mode. Good luck with it.</font>

Cyril, when i go to the Generals tab all i get is the hot keys for all the diffferent things in IWD. Is there another way to do it.

i'm now starting HoW and here are my characters...

Human/Male LG Paladin Lvl 20 ( he rulz!!!! with my ultra powerful costumized item(sword), well... not that much powerful, juz added permanent fire dmg lyk the trollslayer and some bonus dmg to evil enemies and undead lyk the Pale Justice... some sort of TS and PJ combined... that's all maybe...)
Elf/Female NG Ranger Lvl 20
Dwarf/Male TN Fighter Lvl 20
Human/Male NG Mage Lvl 20
Half-Elf/Male TN Bard Lvl 21
Elf/Male Thief NE Lvl 21

i've already finished the game before and saved my characters so i could use the when i buy HoW..... now that i have bought HoW and have it installed and playin' the game again with the same characters with the difficulty set to INSANE, so before fighting "RBP" for the 2nd time i'd decided that it would be a nice time to play the expansion so i talked to HJOLLDER in KULDAHAR and went to LONELYWOOD and after fighting my way to the BURIAL ISLE, there i've reallized that my characters are not leveling up and stopped to lvl 20 & 21....... I REALLY as in REALLY WANT THEN TO ATTAIN the highest lvl that they could reach.... and thats lvl 30 right?? so it's kinda a BIG PROBLEM to me so if somebody there that can help me to reach my... "PRIMARY GOAL" plz do......
