i suppose i should issue a SPOILER warning.

anyway, ive collected the first 5 badges, but one problem... what the heck do i do now? the walkthrough i read says "insert the 5 badges into the locks." how am i supposed to do that? it wont let me. why wont the priest give me the sixth badge? am i missing something? i bet its totally obvious and ill feel like an idiot for posting this question, but it looks like im really stuck here.

Have you destroyed the demon named "the Idol?" Once you do that go back and talk to Brother Perediem and he will give you the sixth badge. Then in the place where you killed the Idol there is a staircase in the upper left corner, at the base of those stairs are 6 places where you could put the badges. But dont put the badges down just press those 6 places then go up the staircase and everything else goes easy.

ive tried to do exactly that, but the game wont let me. ive killed the idol, the priest wont give me the sixth badge. he just keeps saying the same thing he said right after i killed all the mummies and freed him. ive tried all the dialogue options, and nothing works. is this a glitch in the game? if so, im royally screwed.

(1.)Play the game then press (Ctrl) + (Tab) to display the console window. Type CHEATERSDOPROSPER:CreateItem("PERDIEM")
(2.)Use Dalekeeper and edit your character and place the symbol that the priest "don't" want to give you..... ;D ;D ;D

*Note: #1 won't work if you have HoW installed.....

You can use the CLUAConsole like Curian described. Youll have to enable it though, ironworks has a cheat page that gives details.

Simpler would be to find and download Dalekeeper, which is a sasvegame editor that lets you give yourself any item. Just try and resist the temptation to cheat with it.
