it one of the 5 towers and it is to the complete right. Go up, then on the 2nd to last hieghst level, go left and cross the bridge. If u need more help, go 2

In case you didnt know you can talk to Orrick the Grey IWD1 and ask waht he is studying; he will tell you he is looking for an elven outpost and a special book about mythals! Once you get into the library of the Tower ask the librarian for the book called "Mythal Theory" take it to Orrick and you will get experience.
