hi, i just got this game but i have a problem. i got the Sanctum key, which i belive is supposed to be the key to open VoS, but it still says LOCKED. do i have to find another key or something?

You need to find six keys, in order to get through the Vale of Shadows.

She's right, but to elaborate on this. Iirc you need two keys to enter the last crypt. The others are found inside the last crypt.
