Elden's Legacy Ring is that part of a quest and how in the heck do i cure that damn ogre of a headache? Where is the spell in town?
Is the exp more if u cure him or kill him?

The legacy ring is indeed used for a quest. Read the discription of the ring and then talk to the owner of the inn about it.
Cure the ogre. It gives you more experience. A druid might know the cure. If you don't have one in your party, you can find one in Kuldahar. It's an old dude that talks to animals. If you've been to Kuldahar already, you'd probably already ran into him.
