am in the palace have killed dopplegangers and saved the duke and his lady friend.saverok is now supposed to accuse me of murder i then reveal my evendence dairy &letters which i have got,but nothing happens saverok just stands and does nothing tried to talk to all the caracters but cannot get anything going ????????? any one have any ideas about what i can do ,did have a simular problem earlier see logged message [where is saverok] but got passed this problem by replaying from my last saved game 10 days earlier in game,i dont relly want to do that again,this is really getting me down please please please can some one help. he who is stuck gives up and goes to pub

Make sure you have gone through all the rooms and there isn't a stuck dopplegagger anywhere, otherwise all I can say is you have a stuck Global and you will have to reload and try the battle again.

Man, you must have the buggiest version of the game I've ever seen. First off, go to whoever gave/lent/sold you the game and give them hell. Lots of it. Once you've vented, you should give your DIALOG.TLK file a long, hard look--that's usually the cause when people won't talk to you, or say the wrong things. Go outside the palace--Do people there respond normally? Go upstairs in the palace--what about there?

I think you can fix/replace your DIALOG.TLK file by installing a patch, but I believe you've already done this. Does your computer have problems with any other games? Your CD 5 might be scratched, and the files for the Duchal Palace could be damaged. Yuck.
