The best way I found (and did it in one try in my game - in two tries in a multiplayer game with a friend) is to ignore Belhifet and kill the 2 Iron Golems first. Your tanks should be able to split up and if you still have Conlans hammer (+5 vs Iron Golems), this will help. Once the golems are killed, stay in the centre. If you run after Belhifet, you get hit with flamestrike and then he teleports and you run after him and keep taking a beating. Make him come into the centre where you can gang up on him. He's pretty much 100% resistant to magic, so use your mages and clerics for increasing your party's abilities and for healing. He'll go down pretty quick.

Ah, I did the opposite.
I ignored the golems, and just attacked Belhifet, as once he's dead, you've won!! :D On my game, the Golems always went after my Mage, so I stoneskined her, and they just stayed focussed on her, out of the battle. Then just usually buffer spells, and whip his arse! |
Just send 3 peeps against him and and the others beat the crud outa the golems.

A tactic could be to use arraws of Piercing - they can hit both Behifet and the golems
