How do i get the book that repairs bridges in wyrms tooth, if i already freed the slaves?

I think that the person you were supposed to talk to (on the leftern most side of the room that the slaves were in) drops it when they are leaving that room.

Check around that room, near the door, where he was, and (look carefully though) you should be golden!
