Why my true neutral fighter/druid and evil mage/cleric cannot cast the spell Raise to dead ?

Azred is definitely right about evil clerics. They do NOT get raise dead - they do get slay living. I believe that a couple of other spells are like this as well - Harm instead of Heal for example, if I remember right.
