Is there anything that can be done about the fallen Paladin in TotL? He keeps asking me to whack him quickly when I show up with the wrong thing. I don't know what he's looking for. I've visited as much as I could to see if anything changes, but nothing ever does. Is he only there to kill or leave in his misery or what? (My TotL party is all evil, and so they were more than happy to indulge his death wish, but I have a saved game from before his demise.)

Any knowledge would be appreciated.

From everything I have read on this, no one has come with another solution to solve his dilemna. People have either killed him or left him to his fate. Killing him DOES give you a reputation loss ... 4 or 5 points i think.

Actually it gave me 14000 experience, and no rep loss when I smacked him [img]smile.gif[/img] .

that's odd ... i took a definite reputation hit for killing him
