I miss the <font color="cyan">Tab</font> function from BG2:ToB. Anyway, straight to the problem that I am having. I need to find machine parts for the Astrolabe(sp?) and so far I have given three. I know I get one from the first floor( after fighting a heck of a lot of Bladed Skeletons and those black-robed spirit thingies), and I got a second part from the warrior Elf whom I had to kill so as to free her spirit. I unfortunately forgot where I found the third one... ...

Where is/are the location(s) of the rest of the machine parts? Details, landmarks will be very helpful and appreciated. Man... I do not want to resort to pixel hunting... ...

If you have HoW installed, ALT does the same as TAB does in ToB.

I wish I could help you with the location of the parts, though, but it's been a long time since I did that part. What I can tell is that it is in the general area of the others you got off the elven archer woman and the cleric (as in not on the first floor). Hope that is in some way helpful.

Well the fourth one is I believe in 3rd Level of Solonar Tower. Its inside a chest, north part of them room. Then you get another one from that women that asks you to kill her, I do remember that. So thats two. Then the 3rd one can be found on the 2nd floor of Carellon Tower in the western half of the room I believe. And the 4th one is found back at Severend Hand, and I'm not sure where, but its a piece of machinery. And I believe you already have that since you're already at the 4th floor of Severed Hand.
