I killed the Lich and went through every room in the Hall of heroes, But I can't get through the last door on the end. Please help!!!

1.- Have you destroyed the Lich´s stone by taking it into the appropiate room ?
2.- Have you looked in EVERY chest in the previous room (where you first meet the lich) ? I havent played IWD in a while, but i think there was a key in one of them.

Spoiler!!!!

After you kill the lich and grab his "life essence" from inside one of the tombs on the left. Then the lich won't regenerate. Go back to the ghost outside of the hall of heroes and he will give you the key to go through the door.
