I cant seem to find out how to open the locked door in Kuldahar.Can anyone help?

There is a door in Kuldahar that cant be opened, i think youre talking about it. Some said that maybe it was gonna be opened in HoW, but i havent played it so i cant tell.

Actualy this door is the entrance to the Heart of Winter. A barbarian is waiting inside for you to buy it...

once you do buy it another barbarian will follow you home and wait for you to install it.....
