Hi guys,

I've been reading a lot of posts about Kressalocks tomb, but I still cannot figure out how to get down to the second level. I've beat the Mytos buy, and his Sending, and killed the Mummy. I found a door down after the Mummy, but it doesn't go anywhere.

Can anybody help?

Check the mummy thoroughly...you should have gotten a key from him (Masoleum key?). The door after him (at the end of the zig-zagging hallway with all the traps) is the one that leads to level 2. I think the Masoleum key is needed to open that door, but I'm not sure.

how do you kill the mummy

You need +1 weapons against him, at the least. If you haven't already, raid the Yeti lair in the center of the Vale of Shadows. There are four chests there, one of which conceals a +1 Mace. There are other +1 weapons in the Vale as well; I think Mytos carries a +1 War Hammer.

Magic also works well on him, especially Magic Missile (at lower levels).
