I have a level 4 mage and I'm not gaining any new spells. My level 4 Druid learns new spells as she progresses, but not the mage. I have slots to memorize new spells, but no spells. Is there something that I should be doing that I'm not? I know that this sounds like a dumb question, but I'm really confused. Thanks for any help that I can get.

The priest classes(Druid, Cleric) get their spells automatically. Mages have to copy them into their spell books from scrolls they get. The two basic ways are from looting monsters and certain places sell them.

Right-click on a scroll in your inventory, theres a button to push to write it in your spellbook. Before doing that drink a potion of genius. It raises your intelligence so you dont get that "you failed to copy into your spellbook" message. Also copy a bunch at once to take advantage of the potion
