I'm on the Luremaster's quest. I got all four scrolls of the knights. I placed the Helm symbol on the offering bowl. The door changed to the hand/eye symbol but I still can't pass through it. Is there something else I need to do or is this a bug?

The entrance was not on the wall with hand/eye symbol, it was below the altar.

you must place the symbol of helm in the plate and the door will open up. the scrolls are for later..........
