HELP!In the Severed Hand I do everything Im supposed to, but when I click on Larrel to talk to him, nothing happens. What should I do?

I got all the machine parts and the machine looks like its running, I have the patch too.

OK...I have basically read every post in here(archived) about Larrel not talking, and everyone that had the problem did not post on how they fixed it.
Bummer.
The one single best adise I read, I shall quote it below...

Did you give all 4 pieces of the machine part to larrel's associate standing next to him? I know this isn't much help but you said it looks like it's running when you know it's running if you gave that guy all the pieces.

Some people in previous posts suggested that there were five pieces instead of four, but I do not remember...
