I defeated the dragon that had posessed Wylfdene. It then went to a cutscene, then I woke up in Kuldahar with no idea what to do or where to go. I installed IWD and HoW at the same time, so I'm not sure where IWD end and HoW begins. I won't install a patch, so if this part needs a patch to continue (load me into the correct area, load NPC in this area, etc.) then I just want to know what area to move to or what NPC to create or whatever else it might take to get back on track. Thanks all.

I just read part of the walkthrough to find out that after you beat the Dragon's Eye are, you should talk to Arundel. He reveals he is fake and then you talk to the real one who tells you to go to the "Severed Hand". I talked with the fake, but never saw the real one and therefore was never told to go to the Severed Hand. Should I use the cheat to A) Create a duplicate Arundor so he can tell me to go there, or B) use the cheat to just "MoveToArea" of the Severed Hand?

Dragon eye is a dungeon in IWD. Dragon eye does not refer to the HoW dragon.
unless you're using mega cheats, i serously doubt you'd gotten to Dragon's eye whithin the last 15 minutes (judging by the time on your posts)
So here's the deal; ou read the wrong cheat.
Just talk to Arundel; he sends you yo the vale of shadows. complete the vale and he sends you to the next spot. complete that and he sends you to dragon's eye. that's where your cheat is refering to. however, you appear to be in the beginning of the vale of shadows quest. when you talk to Arundel, he told you all about that place. if you missed it, try talking to him again.
