Where can I pick up the Contact other Plane scroll? Or does anyone know the cheat to it so I can create it...I really want the vexing armor..thx

You should be able to purchase that spell from the inkeeper at the Whistling Gallows Inn in Lonelywood.

You can also pick up the scroll from the mage in the tower in Kuldahar. That's where I got mine.
