I'm on my second run through IWD and have just killed Yxunomei in the Dragons Eye. I read on this site that there is a +2 throwing axe on this level but I can't find it anywhere. Does anyone know where it is?

From what I remember, I think it is on a table in the room with the High Torturer. The room would be in the most bottom-right porion of the map.

Yup, high torturer. He's in a secret area on that map.

Try having a thief walk up and down the corridor using 'Find Traps'. This is the quickest way to find secret doors. If you don't have a thief, I imagine the Find Traps spell also finds secret doors but I'm not sure (I always have a thief)

I seem to remember a room close to the torture chamber where you have to get click on a stone in the wall - that opens to door to the High Torturer's room.

Thanks for the help, I found it after pressing the button on the wall.
