i know about the book to get across the bridge to the second badge but the person i was supposed to get it from is already gone.I already have the other five badges and dont want to start over.Does anyone know where I can get that book now. any help is welcomed

When you free the slaves the guy drops the book in the library. It should be on the west side, look for it on the ground.
